Server Uptime Report

Active Web Hosting is dedicated to providing you with reliable hosting services. We are proud to announce our uptime status is now available at the bottom of our Server Status Page. In April 2005, we had an average server uptime of 99%! This includes all our web servers, mail and spam servers, the CGI server and even the Active Web Hosting home page.

No More Paper Bills

We are no longer mailing out monthly paper bills and invoices via U.S. Mail. We decided to stop due to the rising cost of postage, and to ensure that your cost for service is kept at a manageable level. We realize that many of you still would like to get a paper bill for your records. You can still print out any of your invoices found in the Account Administration System Billing Information area. Even though your account is set up by default not to mail a paper invoice, you can change this in the Account Administration System. Relaxed E-Mail Filtering

In an effort to further enhance our e-mail servers, we decided to relax the e-mail filtering a little bit. This will ensure the there will be less bounced e-mails from your domain. Of course we still do have spam filters in place to aggressively tackle the growing spam problem.
