When you sign up for hosting with Active Web Hosting, your primary FTP account information is emailed to you. This included the FTP server address, your FTP username and your FTP password. If for some reason you do not get this information, or need to review it, you may do so by going through the following steps:

1. Log into the Account Administration System using your domain name and domain password.

2. Scroll down the page to the Domain Information area near the bottom of the page.

3. Click on your domain name.

4. Scroll down to the FTP Accounts area. You will see the host name, username and password you are to use in your FTP program.
