New Mail Software

You may have wondered why you may have received a message from MailEnable saying your E-Mail account is set up. This is because we have recently installed a new software to handle E-Mail on your domains. MailEnable is a new system that replaces the ArgoSoft system we used to use. You will notice that the web mail interface is much nicer, and has more features. You can also set up your filters, forwarding, and more via Web Mail. We have updated our tutorials and Frequently Asked Questions so that they now have instructions for the new mail system.

You may want to visit the new mail system by loging onto your domain's mail server using your web browser. The address is http://mail.yourdomain.com (be sure to replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name). Some changes were made in how you can set up and change your E-Mail accounts. You will now use the Web Mail interface to change or set up your forwarding, change your password, and more. You can get familiarized with the new system by reviewing some of our E-Mail FAQs.
