TopSites allows your visitors to add their web site and a small banner. TopSites also counts hits (how many times their site link was clicked) and ratings. It also allows your visitors to write a short review about the web site. This is ideal for affilites, a portal, or a list of popular links on your web site.

Unfortunately, we were not able to fully test this program due to the following problems:

• Program reports during installation that the version of PHP is too old.
• There is to way to continue installation.

We apologize for this inconvenience. It is suggested that you try other alternative software.

We also are providing a tutorial for those who wish to try the program for themselves.
