When you sign up for hosting with Active Web Hosting, your MySQL database account is not active unless you first request a CGI account, then >request a MySQL database. After this, you can always obtain your MySQL database information by following these steps:

1. Log into the Account Administration System using your domain name and domain password.

2. Scroll down the page to the Domain Information area near the bottom of the page.

3. Click on your domain name.

4. Scroll down to the MySQL Database area. You will see your MySQL database username (which is also the same as your MySQL database name), and your MySQL database password. You can use this information in script configurations as needed or to log into phpMyAdmin to view and manage your database.
