Forwarding To Multiple E-Mail Addresses
You can forward E-Mail messages sent from any of your Active Web Hosting E-Mail
accounts to one other E-Mail address. This is useful if you want to get all
your E-Mail at one address, or are on vacation. However, at this time you will
not be able to forward E-Mail messages to more than one E-Mail address. Follow
the steps below to set up forwarding on your E-Mail account.
NOTE: Please remember to use the domain name of the E-Mail account you
are changing in place of yourdomain.com in the steps below.
Visit your Web Mail Interface at http://mail.yourdomain.com
For the username, type in the complete E-Mail address of the account you
want to set up forwarding for (ie., webmaster@yourdomain.com
).
Type in the password for that E-Mail account.
Click on Options in the toolbar at the top of the page.
Click on Mailbox Redirection.
Click in the box to the left of Redirection. In the larger box on the right, type in the E-Mail address to forward the messages to.
If you want to also keep the messages in the inbox of this E-Mail account, click on the box next to Keep a copy in mailbox. You can always log into this account in the Web Mail interface to access these messages if this box is checked.
Click the Update button. The page will return with a message in bold at the top indicated that your settings were updated. You can now log out using the Log Out link at the top of the page.
