How To Get Your E-Mail Account Information
When you sign up for hosting with Active Web Hosting, you can have unlimited E-Mail accounts. A postmaster E-Mail account is already set up for you. You can also create, delete, change, or list additional E-Mail accounts. Your mail server for both POP (incoming) and SMTP (outgoing) mail is mail.yourdomain.com (where yourdomain.com should be replaced with your actual domain name).
Log into the Account Administration System using your domain name and domain password.
Scroll down the page to the Domain Information area near the bottom of the page.
Click on your domain name.
Scroll down to the E-Mail Accounts area. You will see the username(s) and password(s) of all the E-Mail accounts that are on your domain as well as any forwarding address(es).
