When you first sign up, it normally takes 24 hours after we verify and process your order before your domain is online. However, we recommend you allow up to 36 hours. Some Internet Service Providers (ISPs) may take longer to update their DNS lists, resulting in a longer wait time before the domain is seen by the rest of the internet.

You can try to reach your domain with your web browser. Once your domain is online, you will see our Coming Soon page which is the default page for all new domains that are brought online. Once you see this page, you can then access the rest of your accounts on your domain (such as FTP, eMail, and your CGI and MySQL Database accounts if you activated them).
