We do not allow you to let anyone else (including your hostees) use your CGI server, or make use of scripts you installed in your CGI server. The CGI server is only for use by the domain owner. Those attempting to host others on their CGI server, or allowing others to make use of scripts on their CGI server will have their domain taken offline.

Then for each month they are online, you get additional credits! This way they can have their own domain and CGI account separate from yours.
